This blog’s whole purpose is somewhat of a mystery to me. I hope that someday I can help others like myself, while keeping myself above water.

I’ve had many diagnoses and labels through the years, but I think I can narrow the psychiatric ones down to two. Bipolar, Type I; and Dual Diagnosis.

Maybe the first one touches on the second, and I know the second covers the first, but the meaning to me is the same.

Also, I live in the Hills of Western Pennsylvania. That’s in the United States of America. On the continent of North America. In the Americas. I need to remind myself sometimes.
